Atlas Sites is a Melbourne, Australia based website design and development service. We help businesses plan, design, build, and launch websites, including website mockups, proposals, landing pages, business websites, forms, integrations, and related digital assets.
The exact scope, inclusions, timeline, and price for each project will be agreed in writing before work begins. Website prices shown on the Atlas Sites website are starting prices or estimates only. Final pricing depends on the project scope, page count, content, integrations, revisions, and any custom requirements.
A deposit is required before project work begins. The remaining balance is due on completion and must be paid before the final website is launched, transferred, or handed over unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any third-party costs, such as domain names, hosting, paid plugins, stock assets, email services, or external software, are the client's responsibility unless specifically included in the proposal.
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals, content, images, access credentials, and feedback needed to complete the project. Delays in providing these items may affect project timelines.
Each project includes a reasonable revision process as outlined in the proposal or written agreement. Revisions must relate to the agreed project scope. Extra revisions, major design direction changes, new pages, new features, or changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.
Once the project has been paid for in full, the client owns the final website delivered for their business, including the final site design and project-specific code created by Atlas Sites.
Atlas Sites may retain ownership of reusable tools, templates, systems, libraries, processes, and general know-how used to build websites. Third-party software, fonts, images, plugins, and services remain subject to their own licence terms.
Unless agreed otherwise, Atlas Sites may display completed work in its portfolio, website, proposals, social media, or case studies. We will not intentionally publish confidential information.
Deposits secure project time and allow work to begin. Once build work has started, refunds are not available for work already completed, time allocated, planning, design, development, or other project costs incurred.
If a project is cancelled before build work begins, any refund or partial refund will be considered at Atlas Sites' discretion based on planning already completed and costs incurred.
Final launch, transfer, or handover may be withheld until all outstanding invoices are paid and required client approvals are received. Atlas Sites is not responsible for delays caused by missing client content, third-party providers, DNS issues, hosting providers, or external systems outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Sites is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our services or websites we build. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
